I used to obsess over how much I ate, always trying to eat as little as possible. Food was constantly on my mind. I was stuck in a cycle of restricting myself from all the foods society told me were “bad”, but that just seemed to make me crave and eat them more.
My friends discovered I was knowledgeable about food (because of my secret obsession with nutrition facts labels), and I suddenly became their weight loss guru. But man, was I misled and misleading! (I mean, nutrition has got to be one of the most confusing topics out there!)
As I became a dietitian, I learned how to balance my meals for better satisfaction, health, & weight management, which freed up space in my brain so I could think about things besides food. In addition, I discovered that the emotional side of eating can be managed through several techniques that I now share with my clients.
So, what do I do as a dietitian coach? I provide you with customized nutrition information and accountability through 1:1 coaching sessions and my private online resource library so you can

No matter which level of coaching you select, you will receive 1:1 coaching sessions, a Google Drive folder, and access to my online resource library. My online resource library is an online course with videos, and downloadable handouts that you can go through at your own pace.
The first session includes an assessment to dig deeper into your nutrition-related challenges and goals. I also share whatever information you need to get started, which is usually how to balance meals according to your needs and meal ideas. Many clients see results within the first week working together!
Follow-up sessions are spent discussing your goals, wins, obstacles, answering questions, and providing whatever education and encouragement you need. We also come up with a menu for the following week or two that meets your needs!
Over 4.5 hours of training videos on topics including:
-How to set goals that you can stick to
-What macronutrients are
-How to balance macronutrients for optimum blood sugar regulation
-How to prevent cravings
-Factors that affect weight/weight-loss
-How to make your own meal plan/menu for each week
-The all-or-nothing mindset & how to overcome it
-How to find satisfaction with food choices without overeating
-How to manage emotions and prevent emotional eating
-When to enjoy fun foods vs fuel foods
-How to eat during special occasions and when traveling to stay in line with your goals
-How to improve your relationship with food and yourself
-Inflammation and the anti-inflammatory diet

I am constantly uploading more videos, so this list will never be up to date. I want you to feel like you're receiving WAY more value than what you pay for.
In addition to the videos, there are lots handouts associated with almost every training video. These include meal ideas, snack ideas, information about every topic, goal trackers, and more.
Yes, at any point, you may change levels. If you're currently meeting with me every other week (level 2), but you want to begin meeting just once a month, you can downgrade to level 1. I recommend at least twice a month the first month, or even adding an extra call to that month as extra accountability in the beginning is very helpful. As the months go by, you get the hang of things and need less accountability and coaching. This way, you naturally wean off to set sail on your own.
That’s a simple answer: ME - I’m the difference! I guarantee, no other program is just like mine. Maybe you already gathered that, but I provide personalized education and application depending on you and your needs.
Unlike many RDs out there, I like to keep things simple. (Maybe you've noticed this from my Instagram snack box videos.) My program is not complicated. I don't have you take on 10 goals at once and expect you to white-knuckle it through. I'm your guide when you get stuck and your cheerleader when you're on a roll!
While I have felt and experienced many of the same challenges you face, I don't try to recommend only what has worked for me personally. I know we're all so different. I have the RD behind my name so that I can calculate and personalize recommendations for you. (This is unlike MOST coaches out there who are just teaching their clients to do exactly what they did.) If we happen to relate, bonus. :)
After we've agreed on a start-date, I will send you an invoice for your chosen program level. You may pay that with an HSA card, a credit card or debit card. If you choose to pay for 4 months or more at a time, I offer a 10% discount!
Everyone's goals are different, so I can't guarantee how soon you'll see results. However, I was extremely thoughtful about the order of my program. When you begin with the foundation that I teach, most begin noticing some type of result within the first week.
Absolutely! Weight loss is a big benefit of following my program. My approach puts your health first, which allows your weight to naturally drop. I set you up with a foundation to feel more energy and feel more full as you lose weight. Weight loss with me will be slow, yet sustainable. You're not going to lose 20 pounds in a month, but you might lose around 2-6 and feel like you're not even restricted. Along the path to weight loss, I teach you SO much to improve your mindset around food and health. This is a commitment to the long-haul, not the quick fix.
I use Voxer for chat support. It's a free app that you can download and send messages through. My office hours are 9 am to 4 pm MDT Monday through Friday. You may send a message anytime, but I can only guarantee a response within 24 hours and within office hours.
