Committing to my 3-phase Macros to Mindful to Mastery coaching program is like buying a one-way ticket to your dream destination. (Imagine what that would be like for a minute!) You’ll still need to put in the work to plan your trip and you’ll have to navigate roadblocks along the way. However, I'll be here to hold your hand and guide you along the way.
You’ll learn week by week how to eat for your needs and how to put that knowledge into practice. I'll hold you accountable by requiring you to fill out a weekly goal-sheet and check-in form.
My program addresses and/or teaches you all of the following (not necessarily in this order):
We discuss these topics over Zoom as needed, but you also have access to my online resource library filled with over 4.5 hours of training videos and loads of handouts. That way, you can learn as much as you want at your own pace.
I usually start by helping you understand what macronutrients are, where to find them, and how to balance them at meals. This alone can produce fantastic results! I also provide you with lots of simple meal ideas to get you started. Then I guide you in setting a weekly goal that aligns with your long-term goals.
During the time between sessions, you will be required to fill out a Check-In form the day prior to your next session.
You may contact me via email or Voxer chat between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MST in between coaching sessions. If you contact me outside of my business hours, I will respond to you the next day Monday - Friday.
We go over the check-in form including wins, obstacles, and questions. Then I share whatever
information you need to be successful. Then we conclude by setting goals.
As soon as you feel comfortable around making food choices on your own, you’re free to set sail on your own! Congratulations! You may feel free to check-in with me a few months for accountability if you’d like.
